Inspiration - Discovery
I believe that inspiration comes from the sky but that we find it right beside us.
Inspiration is what makes life so fascinating and varied.
It is wonderful to discover a new recipe with spices one had never thought of before.
Smell - Memory
Smells bring back a flood of memories. The smell of salt carried by the wind reminds me of the small seaside road which was hidden
near my grandmother's house. The smell of sandalwood incense takes me back to the temple of my youth.
Flavour - Morning dew
The morning dew is so soft to me. A long time ago in China, princesses would drink a glass of morning dew each morning.
Knowing this story makes us feel more beautiful...
Sound - Running water
The mere sound of running water refreshes me : the sound of water talking, laughing and dansing. I have the feeling that the sound is already purifying my body.
Touch - Soul
In Japan, handcrafted objects are said to have a soul. For the ones I use each day, I want to feel the heat of the earth on my hands and softness on my lips.
Sight - Shadows
Shadows simplify and distort objects. I never grow tired of shadows.
When I see the shadow of the bamboo leaf through the paper wall, a zen feeling enters my heart.
