In order to boost the efficiency of the coaching, we recommend you combine the 4 principles of the Coaching Vitalité®.
Regular self-massages help promote the blood and lymph flow and ease the absorption of the essential oils. We recommend you do the following movements in the evening on clean and dry skin:
1. Blend 5 drops of Golden Drops with 2-3 pumps of Princess Rose beauty oil (or in your usual night cream) and apply to your face avoiding the eye area.
2. With the side of your index finger, delicately massage your face in a sweeping motion from cheek to ear.
3. Using your index finger, apply a gentle sweeping motion of you forehead by starting from the middle. From your temples, slide your fingertips down to your ears and then to the base of the neck.
Increase your consumption of fruits during breakfast and start every meal with a salad in order to save your energy for digestion. Try to limit your consumption of rich foods such as dairy products, red meat and confectionery.

Air is the body's most important food source. Conscious breathing exercises help regulate the skin. In an upright position, lay one hand on your stomach and the other one at the base of your back. Proceed to breathe out from your mouth while imagining that the skin of your stomach is going to touch your back. Once your lungs feel empty, wait 5 seconds and then quickly release the tension on your stomach while breathing in the air naturally. Breathe normally for 30 seconds and then repeat the exercise. We recommend you do this for 3 minutes after waking up and in the evening, before going to sleep.
