2Self-massages
During or following your shampoo, the hair care massage increases the skin penetration of the essential oils and stimulates the scalp.
1. Draw 5 stripes on your head at regular intervals and apply up to 10 drops of Vital Crown essential oil on each of them.
2. Scalp massage: with the index finger, the middle finger and the ring finger of both hands, massage the upper part of the forehead, at the roots of the hair, while applying light circular pressure movements. Massage the centre of the forehead down to the temporal bones.
3. Press your fingertips, slightly spread, on the scalp. Massage on both sides of the skull, while applying sufficient pressure so that the scalp follows the movements of your fingers. Change your fingers' support points several times.
4. Apply pressure to the top of the head to encourage the microcirculation of blood on your scalp.
For a better finish, we recommend you apply a couple drops of SHIGETA Provence Moon Hair Essence to the lenghts and ends of your hair.
3Diet
Increase your consumption of fruit during breakfast and start every meal with a salad in order to save your energy for digestion. Avoid rich foods such as red meat, dairy products and confectionery.

4Conscious Breathing
Air is the body's most important food source. Conscious breathing exercises activate your liver which is directly linked to the health of your hair. In an upright position, lay one hand on your stomach and the other one at the base of your back. Proceed to breathe out from your mouth while imagining that the skin of your stomach is going to to touch your back. Once your lungs feel empty, wait 5 seconds and then quickly release the tension on your stomach while breathing in the air naturally. Breathe normally for 30 seconds and then repeat the exercise. We recommend you do this for 3 minutes after waking up and in the evening, before going to sleep.
