2Self-massages
Massages helps soften the muscles and strenghten the calming virtues of the essential oils. According to your needs, we recommend you do the following movements as an in-depth treatment or on a daily basis.
1. Rub Free Me (20 drops per day during an in-depth treatment / 5 drops on a daily basis) on the areas where you feel muscle pains. Then place your hands warmed by the friction on the same areas, and breathe in deeply.
2. Plunge a towel into some warm water, wring it and spread on your shoulders for one minute. The heat on your skin increases the efficiency of Free Me.
3. After a physical effort, you can also blend Free Me with SHIGETA Basic Sense massage oil and massage your body lightly.
3Diet
Increase your consumption of fruit during breakfast and start every meal with a salad in order to save your energy for digestion. In order to ease the elimination of toxins which cause muscle pain, start the day with a glass of squeezed lemon with water.
The following recipes use fruits and vegetables which also contribute to the elimination of toxins from your body.

4Conscious Breathing
Air is the body's most important food source. Conscious breathing exercises help eliminate the toxins from your body. In an upright position, lay one hand on your stomach and the other one at the base of your back. Proceed to breathe out from your mouth while imagining that the skin of your stomach is going to touch your back. Once your lungs feel empty, wait 5 seconds and then quickly release the tension on your stomach while breathing in the air naturally. Breathe normally for 30 seconds and then repeat the exercise. We recommend you do this for 3 minutes after waking up and in the evening, before going to sleep.
