Directions :

Massage River of Life on your shoulders and neck and/or from your toes up to your buttocks (5 drops per day for your daily care or 20 drops per day as a 3 week in-depth treatment). Blend with Basic Sense massage oil for an easier massage and to improve your skin's texture and elasticity.
